Kilmardinny House Arts Centre, Bearsden

This gracious A-listed Georgian mansion, surrounded by attractively landscaped gardens operates primarily as an arts centre, delivering a diverse range of adult and young people's arts and craft activities as part of  the Arts Development  programme throughout the year. 

Kilmardinny House is also a very popular community venue for local clubs, groups and individuals to meet in a local accessible building, providing a relaxed, creative environment.   

The house can also be hired as a venue for weddings, private functions, conferences, meetings and fund raising events.

Opening Times

The Arts Centre opening times can vary according to the timetable of events and activities.  However  facilities staff are always on duty from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  You can call the centre on 0141 777 3093.

How to get to Kilmardinny Arts Centre

Kilmardinny House Arts Centre is just off the main Milngavie Road (A81) and can be reached by public bus services from Glasgow city centre and from Kirkintilloch.  The closest  railway station is Hillfoot and from there it is about a 20 minute walk.
