How to Submit a Complaint

East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture Trust (EDLC) is committed to excellent customer service where systematic and consistent handling of complaints plays an essential role in everything we do.

Our aim is to ensure:

· We provide an efficient customer complaints service

· We are consistent in how we handle complaints

· We are flexible in our approach to handling complaints

We welcome your views as complaints are important to us and provide an insight into where we need to focus improvements.
We will record this feedback and use it to help us shape our services to meet your needs. To ensure that we maintain and improve our services we need you to tell us about our failures or any  suggestions for improvement.

Please let us know if:

· You feel we have done something wrong

· We have not done something we should have done

· You have been treated unfairly

From time to time things may go wrong. When this happens we want to put it right quickly and take action to prevent it happening again.

The EDLC Complaints Procedure (pdf)(81.7Kb) sets out how we manage and respond to complaints.

You can access a copy of our Complaint Form here, which you can download and return by email or by post.
