Al Kellock Coaching

East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture Trust employ a full-time development officer to “grow the game” locally.  In the district we have 3 rugby clubs, Lenzie RFC, Allan Glens Academy Rugby Club, and West of Scotland FC.  Each club provides sessions for both junior and adult participants.

Our main focus here at EDLC is developing rugby through both our primary and secondary schools throughout the district, creating and strengthening links from our schools into their local rugby clubs.  For more info please click on our TRY Rugby  tab below.

We are also targeting volunteer and coach development as one of our outcomes from our development program.  Its no secret that highly qualified coaches are better equipped to provide active, safe and enjoyable sessions.  You can get details of upcoming coaching courses on our coaching calendar on the right hand side of this page.
