New Early Opening Hours

All 3 Leisure Centres will be open Monday - Friday from 7.30am and Saturday & Sunday from 8.30am with effect from Wednesday 1st April 2015.

Allander Leisure Centre was originally known as The Allander Sports Centre , and was officially opened in 1977. A major refurbishment programme took place in 2001.

The Centre has two swimming pools, fitness suite with the very latest Technogym and functional training equipment, over 70 classes a week, an eight court sports hall accommodating most sports: including badminton, basketball and gymnastics.  There are also 3 indoor five a side 3G pitches and an indoor tennis court. Other facilities include 2 squash courts, sauna steam room, Bistro with Costa Coffee and free Wifi

Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre opened to the public in July 2007 this £8.66m state of the art centre rivals some of the best in Central Scotland.  In only one year after opening it obtained a VisitScotland four star quality assurance award. Set in Woodhead Park, it has helped to regenerate the surrounding parkland and create a brand new children’s playpark.  Designed in consultation with the community.

The Centre has two swimming pools, a sauna/steam room, a fitness suite (THEGYM) with the very latest Technogym and functional training equipment, over 50 group fitness classes a week and a four court sports hall for badminton, basketball and gymnastics. There are also 4 outdoor five-a-side 3G pitches and 2 outdoor tennis court.

Other facilities include Conference room, meeting room and Bistro.

The Leisuredrome was opened in 1973 by HRH Princes Anne, and was known as Bishopbriggs Sports Centre, a major refurbishment programme took place in 1994 and the centre was launched as the Leisuredrome. The centre has remained popular, and hosts a number of events throughout the year, including The Bishopbriggs Triathlon.

The Centre has three Swimming Pools and Flume. A Fitness Suite (THE GYM@ THE LEISUREDROME) with the very latest Technogym and Functional Training equipment, over 50 group Fitness Classes a week and a ten court Sports Hall accommodating many sports including; Badminton, Basketball and Gymnastics. There are also 4 outdoor 5 a side 3G pitches and a Fitness Studio.

Other facilities include a Squash Court, Sauna & Steam Room and Children's Play Area (Charlie's Big Adventure).
