Join us in Charlie’s Big Adventure. 

The fun is out of this world at Charlie's Big Adventure!

The children's facility is a popular fixture at the Leisuredrome in Bishopbriggs and is available for both exclusive hire and public access.

Whatever the special occasion – if you have your party with us you’re sure to have a blast!

The Tots Section has special soft play equipment and a climbing frame, all in full view of the parents and guardians.

The Junior Section gives your children and friends a play adventure that expands over three levels, with slides, walkways and plenty of obstacles – offering futuristic fun and oodles of enjoyment.

Please note: Charlie's Big Adventure has a maximum height restriction of 4ft 9in

Under 1's free access to Charlie's Big Adventure as of 1 May 2024.

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm
Sunday 9am to 6pm

Sessions are operated on a 60-minute basis

Under 1's: FREE

We have bookable slots available every weekend for birthday parties.

  • 11.45am to 1.15pm
  • 1.30-3pm

The soft play will not be available to the public during these times if there is a booking in place.

Hire charge: £110 (minimum 15 children).

  • Option 1: £5.80 per child, includes party bag and refreshments
  • Option 2: £10.50 per child, includes party bag, hot or cold party food and refreshments

Maximum capacity: 40 people including parents/carers and children.

Party invitations included.

Please note, there are no options for customers to bring their own food (with the exception of a birthday cake).

How do I book a session?

We operate a first-come, first-served basis. At peak times there may be a requirement to wait a short period of time.

How much does it cost for a session?

  • Standard Child - £5
  • Child concession - £3.25

Is there catering available?

Yes Elior operates the café at the Leisuredrome, which is open during the hours of play.

How long is the play?

Sessions are operated on a 60-minute basis.

Is there a limit on numbers?

We can accommodate a maximum of up to 20, including adults, when one staff member is on duty and up to 40 when two staff members are on duty.

We allow a maximum of two adults to accompany children, to allow as many youngsters to enjoy a play as possible. If you turn up with more that two adults there is a café provision available and the adults can rotate.

Can I pay for a double session?

The soft play is in high demand and with the restrictions on capacity we would encourage customers to book a single session to allow other customers to attend. Outwith peak times a double session is permitted.
