Jim Neill was appointed to the EDLC Board of Directors in March 2015 as an Independent Director. In November 2019 Jim was appointed to the Vice Chair position of EDLCT Board.
Spanning 45 years in public services Jim’s careers included Policing, Local and Central Government, covering many aspects of Partnership working in Community Safety and Wellbeing. In July 1993 he graduated from Strathclyde University - Master of Philosophy in the Department of Human Resource Management.
Now retired, Jim is also involved in voluntary work with the East Dunbartonshire Children's Hearing Panel, as Depute Area Convener.
In any spare time available Jim enjoys swimming, walking, table tennis and cycling.
