Welcome to Feel Good, East Dunbartonshire’s Festival of Book and Arts.

As the nights draw in, we sometimes need something to give us a bit of a lift. With that in mind East Dunbartonshire’s Cultural Services team has put together a programme of events to encourage that feel good factor. Research has shown that creativity in any form, including attending a cultural event or space is a real contributor to a sense of well-being, so why not try out one of our many activities for adults and children? Guaranteed to have a positive effect on you…

So come along during the fortnight, and take some time to Feel Good.
