Will my direct debit be frozen automatically? Yes, you don't have to do anything. We will not collect any payments while we are closed. Please don't cancel at the Bank as that will end your membership. We will be in touch regarding re-opening and payments re-starting.

Paid in full memberships
What will happen if I've already paid upfront? Please don't worry, we're freezing your membership and this will be re-activated when we re-open and we'll add on the appropriate time for you to use.
Centre Membership + Gym Pay & Go
Will my membership be frozen? Yes. and time added on when we re-open
Will I lose my booking already paid? No, we will be in touch when we re-open regarding a transfer or refund.
