Service Updates
On Sunday 28 April, we will be hosting a local athletic competition at our Leisuredrome. This means:
- Our pools and health suite will not open until 6pm,
- Our sports hall will not open until 4pm,
- Our car park will be closed until 5pm,
- Local road closures will be in place.
If you are visiting our centre that day, please plan ahead as the surrounding area will be very busy.
We wish the athletes competing the very best of luck!
Due to essential maintenance, all pools, sauna and steam rooms will be closed at our Allander centre on the morning of Tuesday 30 April between 06:30am -10:00am.

Following further investigative works by structural engineers into the presence of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) on the rear roof of Bearsden Community Hub, it has now been confirmed that the facility will remain closed until the roof is fully replaced.
As a result, the following interim arrangements are now in place:
Library Services
The opening hours at Westerton Library have been extended and will remain so during the closure period. The additional opening hours are Wednesday 10am until 8pm and Saturday 10am until 5pm.
Access to archive materials
Archive materials currently stored within the Hub will be retained on site with limited access to be provided only in exception circumstances.
Parking
The car park at the Hub will remain fully closed until the completion of all works.
