Each experience can be tailored to match your strengths and interests meaning maximum fulfilment and enjoyment for you.

You will also have access to our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme running sport specific courses throughout the year, enabling you to learn new skills and qualifications to add your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Volunteers can lead or support:
- Breakfast clubs
- Lunch time clubs
- After school clubs
- One-off events
There are a wealth of opportunities available throughout East Dunbartonshire
No experience is necessary. If you are enthusiastic and would like to make a difference we would love to hear from you!
Please note potential volunteers are required to provide details of two referees and join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (LPG) scheme as part of the recruitment process (at no cost to the volunteer).
Volunteers are supported throughout their volunteering journey by an Active Schools Coordinator, who maintains regular communication in order to ensure every volunteer has the best experience possible.
